What's new?

• Several minor package upgrades, including GDAL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Mapserver.
• New 2.6 kernel for both 32-bit and 64-bit. For 32-bit, this greatly increases hardware compatibility.
• A few improvements to general OS stuff: logfile cycling, FTP default security, PostgreSQL configuration, PHP, SSL certificates. See the changelog in the Manual for details.
• The 64-bit desktop addon now includes all packages in the 32-bit. In 4.1, several packages were left out of the 64-bot desktop addon due to their unavailability on the 64-bit platform.

Known Bugs, Issues, Incompatibilities, and Requests

Please make requests, bug reports, etc. via the Mailing List and they will be added here until they are corrected.

Next anticipated release

HGL 4.3, June 2008.

This fixes all of the previously mentioned bugs, as well as the usual software and kernel upgrades.
